How It Works

We announce what we will be baking on an upcoming Bake Day.

You order anytime up to the day before the Bake Day.

On the Bake Day, we bake it and you pick it up at Star Park Circle…

Or if you are lucky enough to be on the island, we will bring it to you!

A Little Bit About The Bread

At our home bakery, we focus on simple, high-quality ingredients to create everything from sourdough bread to muffins, pastries, and cookies.

Our sourdough is made with just flour, water, salt, and our own naturally fermented starter, giving it a rich flavor and perfect crust.

For our baked treats, we use real butter, pure vanilla extract, and unbleached flour, along with seasonal fruits, nuts, and spices to add depth and variety. We avoid all artificial additives and preservatives to prioritize wholesome, locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, ensuring every bite tastes homemade and full of care.

A Little Bit About Us

Barry grew up in Coronado and over many years her small home kitchen quickly became something more. What began as a daily ritual—feeding her sourdough starter and baking a few loaves—turned into a quiet neighborhood favorite. Her bread had that perfect balance of crisp crust and soft, tangy center. Before long she added other baked goods: soda bread for St Patricks Day, USA cookies, Christmas scones, lemon loaf, muffins and weekend cinnamon rolls.

Orders came in through messages and word of mouth, and Barry kept it intentionally small, baking everything herself in the early morning hours while the island was still quiet.

By early afternoon, she loads her ebike with neatly packed boxes and set off across Coronado, weaving through palm-lined streets and along the coastline. Deliveries became her favorite part of the day—brief doorstep conversations, familiar faces, and the simple joy of handing someone something she made with care.

She never opened a storefront or expanded beyond what felt manageable. For Barry, the rhythm of baking and riding, of creating and connecting, was exactly the life she hadn’t known she was looking for.
